By placing your order with Angharad May Jewellery, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions:
Cancelling an order
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order. Please contact Angharad May, at hello@angharadmay.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once dIspatched, orders are not able to be cancelled.
Returning an order
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 14 days in which to return it and either exchange it or request a refund. Please note, this does not apply to made to order pieces, gift cards or earrings. Earrings cannot be refunded due to health and safety reasons.
Refunds will only be made possibly once the piece has been returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was sent out. We will decide whether a Refund is applicable on receipt of the product. A Refund does not include Postage and Packaging.
Postage and Packaging are paid for by the customer when returning orders using Special Next Day Delivery.
Please contact us first, before returning your piece, so we can give you the correct returns address and take the tracking number of the parcel.
Delivery
Please note, Angharad May does not take any responsibility for delays or damages, once your order has been dispatched.
Luxury gift wrapping is included with every order.
Made to order pieces are estimated to take approximately 5-7 days to be made, and do not including delivery time. However, in very busy periods this will be longer. To keep up to date with current ‘Lead Times’ please refer to the banner at the top of the page.
Please note, how quickly you receive your piece in the UK is down to your chosen delivery choice e.g. If you are wanting your piece as soon as possible, after being made, then we suggest you select Next Day Special Delivery. Alternative, if you do not need your piece in a limited time, you can choose from 24 Hour Tracked or 48 Hour Tracked.
