Q How soon can you make my order?
Please refer to Angharad May’s ‘Lead Times’ (banner at the top of the page). This can vary due to different times of the year e.g. Christmas, and generally how busy we are. This is the most accurate indication of how long a piece will take.
Q How long does delivery take?
We have different Delivery Options for you to choose from, depending on your need e.g. Tracked 24- which aims to get there within 1/2 days. Tracked 48- which aims to get there within 3/4 days, and Special Delivery- which aims to arrive by the next working day. All parcels are sent when the pieces have been made. We deliver overseas too - please be aware you maybe charged customs and VAT duties, due to the UK leaving the EU.
Q How do I find out my ring size?

We understand that measuring your ring finger can be a little tricky at times. So to help we have a few resuable ring sizers which we send out to customers at a cost of £10. This includes the cost of the ring sizer and all postage and packaging back and forth. To request one please contact us. We don’t advertise these as we don’t have many. Customers either pay altogether with their ring purchase, or separately via a bespoke order which is placed on the website temporarily until paid for.
The ring sizers are made from plastic. Please know we rarely use plastic and would prefer to use other options, but at the moment we cannot find a suitable accurate resuable ring sizer. We also feel if plastic is bought knowingly that it will be used for the lifetime of the buyer, then we feel that is ok. However, we would not use single use plastic.
Q What if I am unhappy with my order I have received?
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the order you have received. You have 14 days to return the product, and once received we will issue you with a refund. Please note, Angharad May does not pay for postage and packaging on returned pieces, and unfortunately due to health and safety reasons, earrings are not eligible for a refund. We currently work with Sterling Silver 925, 9ct, 14ct and 18ct Solid Gold.
